You can create unlimited child users to your organization.

Can I add multiple users to my organization?

Yes, you can send documents to clients through email directly from our platform. You do not need to download and manually mail it.

Can I email invoices to clients directly from your platform?

Yes! Invoices created on our platform are fully compliant with GST. We support features like GSTIN, HSN/ SAC code, GST tax slabs, calculation of SGST, CGST and IGST. Also, we keep updating it time-to-time.

If you wish to delete your KhataBuddy account and all associated data permanently, please follow the steps below:

## Deletion Instructions

1. Send an email to [support@khatabuddy.com](mailto:support@khatabuddy.com) from your registered email address (the one linked to your KhataBuddy account).
2. Use the following subject line: **"Delete KhataBuddy Account Permanently"**.
3. In the body of the email, include your account username (your email ID).
4. For security reasons & data protection, your account will be first deactivated within 72 hours, and a confirmation mail will be sent to you.
5. After 30 days of deactivation, your account along with your data will be permanently deleted from our records. Account & data can only be restored within this 30 days period.

## Important Information

- **Permanent Deletion**: After receiving your request, your account and all associated data will be deleted permanently forever after 30 days.
- **Account Restoration**: If you delete your account accidentally, you can restore it within 30 days by emailing us at [support@khatabuddy.com](mailto:support@khatabuddy.com).

## Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data/information will be deleted permanently from KhataBuddy:

- Name
- Email
- Phone (optional, if submitted)
- App data (company accounting / financial data)

Please make sure before you proceed with this action, as it cannot be undone after 30 days.

INFINITE TELEMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

- INFINITE TELEMATICS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 15 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 15 Days days of receiving the product.
